Combine with Pasta: Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a light sauce.
Sprinkle with chili flakes if using, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve and Garnish: Plate the pasta and garnish with grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for extra flavor.
